Recently, a batch of jaw plates and cone crusher mantle and bowl liners from Shenyang Sanland Mining Engineering Co., Ltd. completed production and inspection and was moved into the finished-goods stockyard. After machining and protective painting, the liners are stored by machine model and individually marked with part numbers, ready for loading at short notice.

Liners are the wear parts in direct contact with material and a key factor in crushing cost. Jaw plates are mounted on the movable and fixed jaws of a jaw crusher, and material is crushed between them; the mantle and bowl liner form the crushing chamber of a cone crusher, where material is reduced by compression, impact and bending. Material grade, casting quality and the accuracy of the seating surfaces directly affect wear life, crushing efficiency and product shape.

Sanland liners are cast in high-manganese and alloy steels, heat treated, then machined to the drawing at the back and shoulder so they seat correctly on the jaw holder and cone body, reducing loosening and uneven wear. Stock now covers the main jaw crusher and cone crusher models. Common sizes are kept available, while special tooth profiles and chamber types can be produced to customer drawings, shortening procurement time and downtime.

Before storage, each liner is checked for material grade, hardness and dimensions, with mounting holes and seating faces verified and marked by project. Cases are packed and secured at dispatch for easy identification on site.
